The service. Oja provides storefront, chat-assistant and dashboard software ("the service") that helps merchants sell online. By creating a store you agree to these terms.
Your store, your responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy of your catalog, prices and stock, for honoring orders placed through your store, for delivering products or services, and for your own communications with customers.
Payments. Customer payments are processed by Paystack. When you connect your own Paystack account, customer money goes directly into it - Oja does not hold your sales, and never receives or stores card details. Without a connected Paystack account your store runs in test mode and no real money moves. Platform plan fees are billed separately through Paystack.
Plans. The free plan covers up to 20 orders per calendar month. Pro is ₦7,500 per month with unlimited orders. Card subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time - cancelling stops future renewals; an active paid period is not pro-rated or refunded except where the law requires.
Acceptable use. No illegal products or services, no fraud, no spam, no attempts to break, scrape or overload the service.
Availability. We work to keep the service running and may update it, but it is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the previous 3 months; nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.
Changes. We may update these terms; significant changes will be shown in your dashboard.
